Drywall and plaster, framing lumber and trim, plywood and OSB, shingles and roofing felt, siding and soffit, cabinets and countertops, tile, hardwood and carpet with padding, subfloor, doors and windows, insulation, brick, block, mortar, broken concrete, dirt and fill, PVC and conduit offcuts, packaging, pallets and banding. Dense material like concrete, brick and dirt goes in the gooseneck dump trailer, which is built for the weight — that's the load most junk-removal vans in this market have to turn down.
Job-Site Cleanup, Not Just Pickup
If you want the site broom-ready for the next trade or for a final walkthrough, say so and we'll do the sweep: nail pickup, cut-off collection, scrap sorting and a final pass with a magnet on the driveway. Punch-list cleanups before a closing or an inspection are a regular part of our week for builders in Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Indian Land.
Recycling and Disposal Documentation
Metal studs, ductwork, copper, aluminum and appliance scrap go to a recycling yard. Clean concrete and brick go to a crush yard when the load is separated. Everything else goes to a licensed transfer station, and disposal is inside your quote. If a GC or an owner requires disposal documentation for a project file, ask when you book and we'll provide the tickets.
